It seems that nowadays people really want to open up a room, but what do you do when you have a small space and want to give the illusion of a bigger space? It doesn’t take much effort to install some gorgeous drapes and they can really make a dramatic impression, while also providing easy access to the room. You can keep them open when you want the space to appear bigger and then draw them shut when you need to close off a room, say if you are hosting a dinner party and want to keep it intimate. And drapes can be changed out seasonally when you are wanting to change things up.

On a recent trip to Dallas we found a great little place near the Crescent hotel. If you are ever in Dallas area and you love tapas (or some great sangria for that matter, we recommend visiting Si Tappas.
