Wow! The last few months have just flown by. We have been busy around the store and have so many new things to share with you. Here are just a few of the exciting things going on around the store: We attended the New York Gift Show in January and scoured it for cool and current accessories. We brought in two new candle lines for the store. The Botanika Collection and the Plaid Collection are now in the store. Modernly Natural Tables
Posted on July 23, 2010 · Leave a CommentWe spotted this wood furniture by Hudson Furniture while scouring the web and it caught our eye because it fuses and separates two completely different styles. Although it is incredibly modern, it looks as though it was taken straight out of nature. Each piece follows the natural shape and line of the tree which makes it look untouched. The metal and plexiglass bases modernize the tables enough to fit in any contemporary design. What do you think of this look? Would you put it in your dining room?

Sweet Seating
Posted on July 20, 2010 · 2 CommentsOne of our furniture lines brought a literal meaning to the term ‘Eye Candy.’ Rowe Fine Furniture created a candy chair that debuted at the High Point Market in April. The chair was created by their Senior Graphics Designer and Merchandise Coordinator to fit the the line’s ‘Eye Candy’ theme. To execute the theme they paired a Rowe chair from their headquarters with $400 worth of Starbursts, peppermints, Tootsie Rolls, fruit candy slices, chocolate, gumballs, and jelly beans among other candies. Talk about sweet seating, this chair is the epitome of it!

Design Star to Return Home
Posted on July 12, 2010 · Leave a CommentHave you been keeping up with HGTV’s Design Star? If not we will try to bring you up to speed. We recently dedicated a post to Dan Faires, one of Arkansas’ own, who was vying for his own interior design show. Last night the fourth episode aired and Faires was eliminated and sent home. Throughout the show Dan’s style always incorporated rustic aspects. He believes the rustic accents add warmth and texture to room designs. We are proud that such a talented designer calls Arkansas home, and we wish Faires luck with all his future interior design endeavors.
To view video of Faires after being eliminated visit HGTV, where you can also view more of his work.
